Keto Bread – 90 seconds
Keto bread 90 seconds – This recipe is the reason I can still continue doing a keto diet. This is the ultimate part of the puzzle. This recipe comes in to rescue in dire situations where you can not resist the urge to eat something non-keto/unhealthy.
It is also the joker of the deck. You can use this recipe at breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can make delicious burgers, breakfast sandwiches, you can basically do anything with it. And the best part is ; it is super easy and super fast to do. You can do it inside a mug and cut up into small slices or you can make it inside a bigger bowl and cut it into two sandwich pieces. It is so versatile.
You know what people say when you hear something so hyped up, it is too good to be true so it is probably garbage. This recipe is not! The only downside of this bread is, it does not taste like normal bread.
It has a bland taste but that is not the point anyways 🙂 We have endless possibilites to make it taste like whatever we want with the side ingredients we are using. This is by far the best recipe I have ever done which is both healthy, useful, super fast, super fresh and family friendly. Enough talking, lets get to work.
- Almond Flour 3 tbsp
- Baking Powder 1/2 tbsp
- Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup (grated)
- Rosemary 1 tbsp
- Garlic Powder 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Butter 1tbsp (melted)
- Egg 1 (beaten)
As I mentioned before this recipe is an easy one. Just add the ingredients in given order and voila. I use a ramekin for this but you can use any microwaveable container.
1-) Add the ingredients in the following order. Almond flour, baking powder, parmesan cheese, rosemary garlic powder, salt, pepper. Mix those ingredients.
2-) Add melted butter on top and 1 beaten egg into the mixture.
3-) Mix all the ingredients untill the mixture is homogenized.
4-) Put it into a microwave on high for 90 seconds and watch your keto bread rise.
